It's strange how ethnic minorities can be allowed to form exclusive clubs based on skin colour et cetera, while whites can't.

Just imagine a Council of White Mayors in America. Well, there is one Council of Black Mayors, and then the Black Vote, The Jewish Vote, The Hispanic Vote, but no White Vote - - not officially, anyway.
